The Plaza Tower has transformed its formerly vacant bank lobby into a 100-percent occupied vibrant amenity space for tenants and the community. As one of the first adaptive reuse projects downtown, it now features pedestrian retail, including one of the few Andy’s Frozen Custards franchises in a walkable area, a local brewery, and public art gallery. It stands as the tallest building in East Texas.
