People’s Petroleum Building

102 N College Ave

One of the first Downtown buildings to breathe modern life into historical bones, the People’s National Bank Building was revitalized in 2012 to become the People’s Petroleum Building. While holding onto the Art Deco style of its original 1932 build, it brought new life Downtown by adding beloved local retail and dining establishments (including Prime 102 Restaurant and Bar) at street level. Throughout the decades, this Downtown landmark has stayed true to its name – a building for the people.
